During the graduation ceremony at Command Science Secondary School, Girls, Goru, Governor Nasir Idris donated N50 million to address the school's immediate needs and enhance its learning environment. Emphasizing the collective responsibility of education, Idris pledged further support, including sponsoring 60 new students and aiding in the refurbishment of school structures.
Governor Idris highlighted his administration's significant investments in education, which include covering the costs of NECO and WAEC exams and funding students' fees both domestically and abroad.
Major B. Fatai, the school's Commandant, expressed gratitude for the support and urged continued assistance from government officials to improve the school and motivate students.
