The leadership of Akwa Ibom state, Governor Umo Eno has announced the inauguration of a seven-member Governing Council for the Dakkada Skill Acquisition Center (DASAC) in Ikot Ada Idem.
Governor Eno added that this is a part of his commitment to the ARISE agenda which steers the vision and direction of the state under his watch. Part of this wholesome agenda is the economic empowerment of the people of Akwa Ibom State through skill acquisition and development.
The newly inaugurated council members include Obong Churchill Udoh as Chairman, Prof. Enoidem Usoro as Rector, and Mr. Aniediabasi Udofia as Registrar.
Other members are the Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Idongesit Etiebet; the Commissioner for Labour and Manpower Planning, Mr. Aniefiok Nkom; and the Commissioner for Agriculture, Dr. Offiong Offor.
